COMPANY’S RESTRUCTURING

Our team has extensive experience in identifying any issues which may arise from restructuring investments in Indonesia, which will help accelerate and ease the process of adopting solutions and determining actions to be taken. We have advised, assisted, and/or represented many of our foreign and domestic clients in developing and/or reorganizing their businesses, always ensuring regulatory compliance, among others:

• change or expansion of business activities and/or location;
• debt to equity conversion;
• merger and assets/shares acquisition;
• consolidation;
• dissolution and liquidation; and
• spin-off.

Besides the above, we also conduct legal due diligence and provide its report, prepare relevant documents for each project, assist clients in the process of application and licensing, and work with clients to resolve any issues relating to the regulatory body.
