TRANSLATION OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS

Pursuant to the Law No. 24 of 2009 on National Flag, Language, Emblem and National Anthem, and Presidential Regulation No. 63 of 2019 on the Use of Indonesian Language, all documents involving Indonesian parties shall be made in Indonesian or bilingually, in Indonesian and the foreign language. Therefore, we provide translation services from Indonesian to English and vice versa for various documents, such as:

• Commercial agreements
• Power of attorney
• Business license application
• Correspondence letters to government authorities
